Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Safely pack your unused Hario items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel back to our UK-based warehouse facility.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
